How HWH works, step by step.

HWH connects three groups: farmers who share their produce, administrators who review information, and consumers who discover and buy. Here is how each journey fits together.

Registration, document submission, publishing and purchasing happen in the HWH app. Review happens in HWH’s administration systems. This website is informational only.

From registration to published products

In the HWH app

    Register in the app

    Create a farmer account in the HWH application. Registration is not available on this website.

  2. 2

    Share your information

    Provide the details the app asks for about you, your farm and the produce you grow.

  3. 3

    Submit applicable documents

    If your farm or products are certified, or in conversion, upload the relevant documents in the app.

  4. 4

    Wait for review

    HWH administrators review your submission. They may ask for more information.

  5. 5

    Publish and manage products

    Once eligible, publish products and set supported minimum and maximum quantities. Keep listings up to date as availability changes.

    Receive submissions

    Farmer information and documents arrive through the app into HWH’s internal review tools.

    Review information and documents

    Administrators check whether the information is complete and whether any certification documents appear current and relevant to the products listed.

    Decide eligibility

    A farmer becomes eligible to publish products only after review. HWH may decline or request clarification.

    Describe status accurately

    Certification status is presented as documented. HWH does not certify farms or products itself.

    Buy available products through the application. Purchases are never made on this website.
