FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Short, straightforward answers about HWH, the website, the app, farmer participation and documentation review.

About HWH

What is HWH?

HWH stands for Health, Wealth & Happiness. It is a digital organic marketplace initiative that connects consumers with participating farmers through a dedicated mobile application. Farmers share information about themselves and their produce, HWH administrators review that information and any applicable certification documents, and consumers use the app to discover participating farmers and the products they have made available. Read more about HWH.

What is this website for?

This website is HWH’s public home for information. It explains the idea behind HWH, how the marketplace works, how farmers can take part and how HWH approaches certification documentation. It also publishes educational articles. You cannot buy products, create an account or register as a farmer on this website — those activities happen inside the HWH app.

Is the HWH app available yet?

The current availability of the app is always shown in the “Get the HWH app” section at the bottom of every page. Download buttons and a QR code appear there only once an official store listing is published, so if you do not see them, the app cannot be downloaded yet.

For consumers

Where can I discover farmers and products?

Inside the HWH mobile application. The app is where consumers explore participating farmers, read the information they have shared and see the products they have made available. This website does not list products for sale. See how HWH works for the full consumer journey.

Is every product on HWH certified organic?

Not necessarily, and HWH does not want to imply otherwise. HWH aims to show certification information accurately, based on the documentation a farmer has provided and the outcome of HWH’s review. A product should only be presented as certified when supporting documentation has been provided and reviewed. Read our approach to certification.

How is certification information presented?

HWH’s aim is to describe each farmer’s certification status in plain language, consistent with the documentation reviewed — for example, whether a certificate under a recognised Indian system has been provided, whether a farm is still in conversion, or whether no certification has been provided. HWH does not issue organic certification itself, and its review is not a substitute for certification by an authorised body.

For farmers

How do farmers join HWH?

Farmers register through the HWH mobile application, not through this website. In the app, a farmer provides the information requested about themselves, their farm and their produce, along with any applicable certification documents. After HWH administrators review the submission, eligible farmers can publish products. Visit the For Farmers page for details.

How does documentation review work?

HWH administrators look at the information and documents a farmer submits in the app — for instance, whether a certificate appears complete, current and relevant to the products being listed. The outcome determines whether a farmer is eligible to publish products and how certification status is shown. Submitting a document does not automatically certify a farmer or product, and HWH may ask for more information or decline a submission.

What are minimum and maximum selling quantities?

Eligible farmers can set the smallest and largest quantity of a product a consumer can request in a single purchase, within the options the app supports. These limits help farmers match orders to what they can realistically harvest, pack and fulfil.

Does joining HWH guarantee sales?

No. HWH is designed to give participating farmers digital visibility and a direct channel to potential customers, but it cannot guarantee any level of sales, orders or income.

Access and contact

How can I access the HWH application?

When the app is published, official download links will appear on this website in the “Get the HWH app” section and on the home page, together with a QR code you can scan. Please only download HWH from the official store links shown on this website.

How can I contact HWH?

Visit the Contact page. It lists the official contact details that are currently available and includes an inquiry form. If online submission is not yet active, the page says so clearly and shows an alternative way to reach the team.
